Job summary

The Rochester Diocesan Society and Board of Finance is seeking a Stewardship Manager to play a key role in increasing financial resources for mission across the Diocese, based at the Diocesan Office in Rochester with travel across the Diocese.

Working closely with the Finance Director, Archdeacons, clergy and parish leaders, you will embed a culture of generosity, grow parish giving, teach on Christian generosity and stewardship, and promote the Parish Giving Scheme along with other digital

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fundraising within a Christian context.
• Experience with high-value donors and giving strategies.
• Ability to teach and communicate about generosity and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Leading development of a culture of generosity across the Diocese.
• Grow parish giving and develop parish offers in collaboration with senior staff.
• Teach and speak in parishes, deaneries, and online gatherings on stewardship.
