Job summary

Rehlko in the United Kingdom is seeking a Tender and Projects professional to produce accurate project estimates, bill of materials, and cost build‑ups, and to draft technical and commercial clarifications for tender submissions.

You will review M&E specifications, develop conceptual designs, interpret client enquiries, and support the Sales Team with proposals and contract handover files, while ensuring compliance with ISO quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret tender documents and drawings.
• Experience reviewing proposals and cost build-ups.
• Capable of cost-effective solution design.
• Excellent communication with internal teams.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate estimates, BOMs, and cost build-ups.
• Draft technical and commercial clarifications for tenders.
• Review proposals and highlight selling points for Sales.
• Interpret client enquiry documents and develop conceptual designs.
• Review M&E specs to ensure compliance.
• Provide ongoing technical clarifications through tender lifecycle.
• Support Sales with technical input for proposals and reports.
• Prepare and review contract handover files.
• Update internal databases with communications.
• Obtain compliant quotations from subcontractors.
• Ensure all work aligns with ISO 9001/14001/45001.
