Job summary

CES Power is seeking an experienced generator engineer to maintain, service and repair generators, tanks cables, BSU and distribution boards from our Glasgow depot. You will troubleshoot faults, travel to customer sites and deliver high-quality customer service on every job.

You should have NVQ L3 or City & Guilds in electrical/mechanical engineering (or equivalent) and hold a valid driving license with your own tools.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, servicing and repairs on generators, tanks cables, BSU and distribution boards.
• Ability to diagnose faults and provide solutions to minimise downtime.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work both planned and reactive tasks.
• Valid driver's license and own tools where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance and repair work at the Glasgow depot.
• Diagnose faults and escalate to Technical Team when needed.
• Travel to customer sites and perform planned and reactive works.
• Prioritise workload and ensure you have the right tools for first time fixes.
