Job summary

Luma is seeking a hands-on builder who bridges model work and production. You will be the engine behind Forward Deployed Creative, pressure-testing endpoints and turning briefs into working prototypes for pitches.

The role owns end-to-end workflows for brand, agency, and entertainment use cases, builds demo boards, pipelines, and reusable templates, and partners with Sales to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on daily experience using generative AI for image/video
• Background in brands, agencies, or film production and VFX
• A portfolio showing taste, craft, and range across mediums
• Speed and prototyping instinct: build to solve problems
• Comfort collaborating with Sales and embedded creatives

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end production workflows from concept to delivery for brand, agency, and entertainment use cases.
• Translate real customer briefs into working prototypes to prove what's possible.
• Pressure-test new models, endpoints, and features to advance generative image/video capabilities.
• Create demo boards that showcase Luma's value in live pitches, and support Sales on discovery and demos.
• Develop reusable boards, templates, and pipelines, and document best practices for team-wide adoption.
• First 90 Days: Immerse & Diagnose models/endpoints; ship & validate prototypes; scale & systemize demo libraries.
