United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an AI Engineer to accelerate AI across teams and products. You will build large-scale AI-powered systems, apply the latest techniques, and collaborate with researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities include designing generative AI applications for complex workflows, leading the model lifecycle, and mentoring teammates while pushing for company-wide AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready delivery.
• Deep expertise in GenAI and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end model lifecycle: experimentation, training, testing, monitoring, deployment.
• Knowledge of information retrieval, embeddings, and re-ranking.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, graph inference and RAG approaches.
• Experience with recommender systems and user modelling.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into scoped AI bets.

Responsibilities

• Design and build generative AI applications tailored to complex financial and legal workflows.
• Drive end-to-end model development lifecycle and ensure reproducible research and delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share ideas and elevate teammates.
• Translate complex problems into well-defined bets in a fast-paced internal startup style environment.
• Learn and apply cutting-edge research, iterating with a fail-fast mentality.
• Lead adoption of AI across the company by sharing compelling ideas with the team.
