9fin is seeking an AI Engineer to accelerate the application of AI across teams and products. You will design and deploy large-scale AI-powered systems for financial and legal workflows, collaborating with researchers and engineers to drive end-to-end model development and deployment.

Strong Python production experience and knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure are essential as you contribute to a fast-growing, inclusive startup at the forefront of debt markets.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready delivery.
• Expertise in Information Retrieval, embeddings, and re-rankers.
• Knowledge Graphs and graph-based inference.
• Recommender systems and ranking knowledge.
• Tabular ML and structured data modelling.
• Statistical and predictive modelling approaches.
• Deep understanding of GenAI landscape and agentic frameworks.
• Experience across full model lifecycle: experimentation, training, testing, deployment.
• Product-focused with end-to-end impact mindset.
• Good knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build generative AI applications for financial and legal workflows.
