Qualifikationen

• Good understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI, with sound judgement on when deterministic software is better.
• Experience with context engineering, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding, memory, prompt design and controlled access.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, including task decomposition and orchestration.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding agents as a core part of development.

• Develop scalable software solutions by applying industry programming languages, frameworks and tools.
• Collaboration with product managers, designers and engineers to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
