Job summary

SR Group (UK) Limited is recruiting an HR Advisor to join our Gloucester team. You will provide day-to-day HR support to managers, handling employee relations questions and contributing to business change projects.

This broad generalist role offers exposure to investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

The role is on-site in Gloucester with a salary of £32,000–£36,000 plus benefits, and four days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role (HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar).
• Exposure to employee relations cases (investigations, disciplinaries, grievances).
• Experience supporting business change projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers on people matters.
• Manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
• Support senior HR colleagues with change-related activity, consultations and restructures.
