Job summary

Mercury Hampton Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a world-class manufacturing group. This on-site role focuses on complex employee relations, policy interpretation, and collaborating with managers to deliver effective people solutions.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support ER cases, drive engagement, workforce planning, and ensure compliance with UK employment law. CIPD qualification preferred; Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with a strong background in generalist HR roles, providing advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance management processes.
• Ideally CIPD qualified with comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and organisational policies.

Responsibilities

• Support complex ER cases on-site and act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff.
• Contribute to employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organisational performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policy across the employee lifecycle.
