Job summary

EMR Group is seeking a General Yard Operative to join our on-site team in Burnopfield. You will be loading, unloading, processing and transporting materials, while upholding safety and customer service standards in an industrial outdoor setting.

You should enjoy a hands-on role, be a good team player, and be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. We offer a structured shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 6am to 6pm, with training to develop core skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to work outdoors in an industrial setting.
• Good customer service skills for on-site interactions with clients.
• Team player with a proactive, can-do approach.

• Loading, unloading, processing and transporting materials on site.
• Conducting regular checks on machinery and work areas.
• Assisting customers and clients on site with excellent service.
• Supporting depot management with day-to-day requirements.

• Whether you’re loading, unloading, processing and transporting various materials on site.
• Conducting regular checks on machinery and work areas.
• To assisting customers and clients on site whilst offering excellent customer service.
• Whilst supporting depot management with day-to-day requirements.

If you’ve got a ‘can do’ attitude, you’re a good team player, you enjoy being ‘hands-on’, you have good customer service skills, and you enjoy working outdoors in all conditions in an industrial environment. Then this role will be right up your street!
