You will lead with a hands-on yet strategic style, developing your Deputy Manager and floor staff, while driving continuous improvement and excellent customer service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Senior managerial level experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of profitable sales growth and delivery of company objectives.
• Experience in food retail is preferred.
