This role offers a £47,500 basic salary OTE £72,500 plus company car.

As our General Sales Manager, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop a talented and engaged team of 15 sales professionals within a busy and thriving dealership. What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales leadership in a high-volume dealership(experience as a General Sales Manager ideal, or strong New Car Sales Management background)
• Natural leader:driven, organized, structured, and passionate about people
• Ability to inspire, coach, and empower your teamto exceed targets and deliver a best-in-class experience
• Track record of achieving volume and profit objectives in a competitive environment
