Due to growth, we are seeking a General Sales Manager to support the General Manager in running the sales department at our Grimsby dealership.

Daily Responsibilities include:

• Handling sales inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Analyzing departmental profit daily, managing costs, reducing expenses, and reviewing debtors with reports
• Managing sales team and processes
• Controlling profit margins and stock presentation
• Maximizing vehicle and product sales and profitability
• Monitoring and achieving KPI targets
• Supporting policy and procedure maintenance
• Coaching and developing Sales Executives
• Prioritizing workload and staying organized
• Maintaining strong manufacturer relationships
• Ensuring professional customer service
• Marketing creatively to increase new car sales

Ideal Candidate: Currently in a similar role or experienced in managing a sales team, seeking career progression.
