A truly unique opportunity has arisen for a GENERAL SALES MANAGER at a busy operation in the ARUNDEL area.

£60,000 OTE AND GREAT BASIC PLUS CAR, FUEL SCHEME AND BENEFITS, PLUS NO SUNDAYS

Reporting to the Divisional Director you will be responsible for driving the performance of the new and used sales operations and in essence will be top man on site..

A flair for stock management and financial analysis are just some of the qualities our client is looking for.

You will be required to drive the business showing the energy, drive & ambition to match the plans of our client.

You will be a leader, who by their nature inspires and motivates those around them to better results.

You background may be in either prestige or volume but an understanding of the importance of high standards and achieving customer satisfaction is paramount, as is attention to detail in site presentation.

You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience in a similar role to be successful.

As you will be working for one of the most ambitious and high profile dealer groups , the opportunity offers £60,000 OTE and career progression in line with expansion plans.
