Job summary

KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED in Garforth Garden Centre is seeking a friendly General Retail Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will deliver excellent customer service, help shoppers make informed purchases, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

This role covers till operation, stock replenishment, merchandising, creating attractive displays, and assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred but not essential; full training will be given.

Job description

We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Retail Assistant to join the team in our Garforth Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age.

The hours for this position are 40 per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases.

What you will be doing as a General Retail Assistant?

• Till operation and serving customer
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across all department
• Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
• Assisting our customer across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
• Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
