Job summary

DoctorPA Secure LTD is recruiting a dedicated lead nurse to join Campsfield IRC, delivering care within a secure environment. You will work under NHS England partnerships to provide evidence-based, person-centred healthcare with a focus on continuous professional development and governance adherence.

The successful candidate will manage medication rounds, triage patients and respond to emergencies while coordinating multidisciplinary colleagues to maintain high-quality clinical standards in line

• Attend emergency response situations
• Triage and assess patients
• Management and care of minor illness and injuries
• Assessment, evaluation and implementation of care for long term conditions
• Undertake reception screening
• Complete health promotion
• Be the named lead nurse for an area of healthcare

Job description

Join a new service at Campsfield focused on providing a high-quality service to the residents.

The duties will vary depending on the needs of the department with the days priorities agreed with the Head of Healthcare and Senior Clinical Lead. You will work with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver an excellent healthcare service which is evidenced based, person-centred, and non-judgement care. You will share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure an open, learning environment and encourage others in the team to continue their professional development.

You will work closely with our partners and stakeholders striving for continuous quality improvement and ensuring healthcare records are maintained in accordance with governance policies.
