Job summary

DrPA Secure Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the healthcare team at Campsfield IRC. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a secure environment, with responsibilities that span medication rounds, triage, and long-term condition management.

Applicants should hold NMC registration, demonstrate CPD, and be capable of working in a multidisciplinary team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with Adult scope and NMC registration (no restrictions).
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete medication rounds and dispense controlled medication.
• Attend emergency response situations.
• Triage and assess patients.
• Manage and care for minor illness and injuries.
• Assess, evaluate and implement care for long-term conditions.
• Undertake reception screening.
• Complete health promotion.
• Be the named lead nurse for an area of healthcare.
