A leading healthcare provider in Winchester is seeking a General Practitioner to join their team at HMP Winchester, focusing on patient intakes and working with a multi-disciplinary team. The role requires experience in community general practice and expertise in handling patients with substance misuse issues. We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our team at HMP Winchester, a category B remand prison based in Winchester, Hampshire. The prison houses around 706 patients and is a busy environment where no two days are the same. The role is focused on receptions, supporting the new intake of patients, and you will be working closely with a multi-disciplinary team including SMS prescriber, ACP and other GPs.
Hours Saturdays 1pm-6pm
Salary This position is part time. You will receive an annual salary up to £126,600 per annum FTE depending on experience.
