DoctorPA Secure LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Practitioner to deliver comprehensive GP services in a prison setting, focusing on quality patient care amid complex health and social needs.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic and mental health conditions, contribute to detox pathways, and uphold safeguarding and clinical governance.

This role emphasizes trauma-informed, evidence-based care, equity, and compassionate service within secure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full GP services including consultations, clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals
• Manage chronic diseases, acute presentations, and mental health conditions
• Contribute to the management of substance misuse and support detox pathways
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, mental health professionals, pharmacists, and external healthcare providers
• Participate in clinical audits, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes
• Maintain comprehensive clinical records using the prisons' electronic health record system
• Take part in clinical governance activities and support continuous quality improvement
