General Practitioner - 20 hours per week (2 days)

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our team at RPC Brooklyn. In this post you are providing core general practitioner services to our patients including an equitable share of the acute/duty work. The duty day starts with a blank list - no trying to fit "on call" issues around pre booked clinics. Home visits are jointly covered with ARCH PCN.

We support every GP to complete the clinical supervisor training so that they can be actively involved in training. If training is an area of interest talk to us about becoming an Educational supervisor as part of your journey with Royal Primary Care.

We encourage personal development including the opportunity to develop skills across disease management areas which are remunerated in addition to your base salary.

1 SPA session per month ring fenced to support your personal development.

About Us

  • To be familiar with the relevant operational, Human Resources, Health and Safety policies and procedures, including fire, COSHH, no smoking and alcohol where appropriate.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to actively help the practice and trust prevent and control infection by washing their hands effectively, carrying out their duties in a way which minimises infection, attending appropriate training and maintaining up to date knowledge and skills in infection control and prevention as relevant to their post.
