Alexandra & Crestview Surgeries in Lowestoft, Suffolk seeks a qualified Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team serving over 15,000 patients across two sites. We operate with GP Partners, Salaried GPs, and a supportive clinical team.

The role focuses on clinical medicines use optimisation, dispensing, and patient care within general practice, with opportunities to develop independent prescribing and contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration in the UK.
• Proficient in maths and English for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Seeing or phoning patients for medication reviews.
• Sorting out medication queries.
• Help with our Opiate reduction programme.
• Participate with Prescribing quality scheme.
• To advise on alternative medication for out of stock items.
• Holding blood pressure clinics.
• Audits.
• Medication alerts.
• CQC searches for safe medication use.
