Job summary

Pro Talent in East Sussex is seeking a General Practice Partner to take ownership of a substantial client portfolio and lead the regional office alongside another senior partner. This leadership opportunity offers a clear route toward future equity and the chance to influence a growing practice with offshore delivery and advanced technology integration.

You will oversee accounting, tax and advisory services for owner-managed businesses, while developing the team and expanding the client base

Qualifications

Significant post-qualified experience in general practice.
Strong client portfolio management and advisory capability.
Credibility with owner-managed businesses and senior leadership.
Willingness to travel to northern India annually as part of leadership remit.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a substantial general practice portfolio from day one.
Advise owner-managed businesses and private individuals across tax, accounts and advisory matters.
Develop the team and strengthen the regional office's profile and client relationships.
Lead business development, cross-sell specialist services and offshore collaboration.
