Job Title: Metal Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher to join our team, supporting both military and commercial industries. This role is part of a company experiencing rapid growth.

Shift Patterns and Compensation

• Day shift: 06:00 - 13:45, Monday to Thursday; 06:00 - 12:00 on Friday
• Rotational shift: £18.18 per hour, including shifts from 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Thursday, and 12:00 to 17:15 on Friday

Responsibilities

• Processing and finishing products built for military and commercial use
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with metal finishing processes
• Knowledge of cleaning, prepping, degreasing, coating, curing, and drying
• Experience with shot blasting or bead blasting
• Familiarity with ovens or vacuum dryers for mechanical preparation
