Job summary

Staffline in the United Kingdom is recruiting a General Operative to join a busy fulfilment team. This full-time role offers a fixed 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and pay of £12.71 per hour, with a permanent contract offered after a successful 12-week temporary period.

You will handle order processing, packing bouquets, adding gift extras and performing quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and ready for dispatch in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production or packing experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining quality standards.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• Comfortable undertaking manual handling duties and being on your feet throughout the shift.

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy and fast-paced fulfilment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after a successful 12-week temporary period.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

• 11:00am to 10:00pm

Your Time at Work

As a General Operative you will be working on the completion shift, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and ready for dispatch. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
