McCulla Ireland is hiring a General Operative for our Lisburn AD plant. You will operate a forklift, assist with loading/unloading, and support daily plant operation in a safety-focused environment.
The role involves power washing equipment, maintaining yard cleanliness, and following shift patterns from Monday to Friday, with early morning hours. Training and pension are provided, with opportunities to grow across operations and maintenance.

We are looking for a General Operative to join our team at our food waste Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plant. This is a key frontline role in a continuous process environment, responsible for safely and efficiently operating the plant, maximising biogas and power output, and maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and housekeeping.
£14.00 - £14.50 hourly rate.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday. Hours of work: Mon (06:30 - 15:30), Tues - Friday (07:30-16.30) dayshift.
