Job summary
Jacob Thomas Associates Ltd in Market Harborough is seeking a General Operative to join their team. You will sand wood, wrap and pack items for dispatch, and help keep the factory clean and safe.
The role offers £12.21 per hour, early shift patterns (7am start), weekly pay, free onsite parking and an immediate start for the right candidate. No prior supervisory experience required; training provided; friendly team environment.
Qualifications
- Committed individual with keen eye for detail.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently unsupervised.
- Experience with hand tools would be advantageous.

- Manual lifting - moving products around.
- Wrapping and packing items for dispatch.
- Undertake the general cleaning duties of the factory.
- Report any issues that might affect the cleanliness and/or health safety of the company.
