Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Leyland, Preston, is recruiting two General Operatives to support our paint line. You will load and unload products, assist the production process, and work as part of a small manufacturing team on rotating shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Immediate start available.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; driving licence and own vehicle are required due to shifts and transport limitations.

Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10: 0pm)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking x2 General Operatives to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for loading and unloading our paint line and supporting the production process while working as part of an established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading products onto and from the paint line.
• Safely handling materials throughout the production process.
• Supporting daily production activities to meet operational targets.
• Working effectively as part of a team.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Following all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations.

Essential Requirement

Due to the nature of the rotating shift pattern (6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm), candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, as public transport may not be suitable for travelling to and from site during these hours.

Rotating shifts:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
