Job summary

Techrete UK & Ireland is recruiting for a General Operative in the Concrete Crew based in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week and a collaborative team environment.

You will assist in the full production cycle of precast concrete products, follow directions from the Team Leader/Production Manager, and adhere to Health and Safety regulations. Maintain workplace cleanliness, attend training sessions, and work to SOPs, joining a dedicated site team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or precast concrete is desirable.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Capable of following instructions and handling pressure.
• Prior similar role experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Full-Time | 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the full cycle (start to finish) of the production of the precast concrete product
• Carrying out duties as instructed by the Team Leader/Assistant Production Manager
• Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
• Practice safe systems of work at all times
• Maintain housekeeping levels to a high stand
• Attend training sessions as required
• Work to high standard and in accordance with standard operating procedures

Skills And Qualifications

• Construction/Precast Concrete experience desirable
• Self motivated and problem solver
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure in a busy construction environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or working environment is desirable
