Mears Group in Thurrock is seeking a skilled General Operative to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. This hands-on role involves practical tasks, customer service, and teamwork to keep our properties in excellent condition.
You will carry out drainage, plumbing, decorating, and safety checks, support water mains, and deliver reliable service to residents with a proactive, safety-focused approach. Full-time, permanent role with 42.5 hours weekly.
Annual salary: up to £35,385.84
