Job summary

Oxford Natural Healthcare Professionals are seeking an experienced Community Complex Care Nurse to provide ad hoc and locum cover in community settings around Horsham. You will deliver person-centred nursing care to patients with complex needs in their own homes, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months UK clinical experience.
• Proven Community care nursing experience.
• Registered with the NMC.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Community Complex Care Nurses to join our expanding network and provide ad hoc and locum cover within community care settings.

The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients with complex and ongoing healthcare needs, supporting individuals to manage their conditions safely within their own homes and community settings. Nurses will work closely with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and promote positive health outcomes

Key Requirements

• Minimum 12 months UK clinical experience

• Previous Community experience
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability
