I am currently looking for a General Manager for a new, premium restaurant in Central London. This venue will feature a stunning Nordic-style setting, serving quality, seasonal dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, paired with amazing cocktails. It offers all-day dining within a stylish environment and has a lovely bar attached. This is part of a smaller group and is the second site, providing an opportunity to work with inspiring leaders and help develop the company culture. They are seeking a born leader to oversee this unique business—a truly exceptional venue in London.

Skills and Experience:

• At least four years of management experience in a similar general management role
• Ability to manage and develop a team
• Experience with openings is advantageous
• A foodie with good knowledge of wine and cocktails
• London experience in a stand-alone restaurant environment
