I am currently looking for a General Manager for a new, premium restaurant in Central London. This venue will be set in a stunning Nordic-style setting, serving quality, seasonal dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which will be paired with amazing cocktails. It features all-day dining within a stylish setting and a lovely bar attached. As part of a smaller group and the second site, this role offers the opportunity to work with fantastic leaders and help build a vibrant culture. Skills and Experience:

1. Four years of management experience in a similar role at the General Management level
2. Premium service experience
