Levy UK & Ireland is seeking an inspirational General Manager for The Weston Homes Stadium in Peterborough. You’ll lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional food and guest experiences, and drive revenue opportunities with full commercial accountability.

You will collaborate with the client and Levy stakeholders to develop strategic plans, monitor market trends, and ensure operational excellence across all departments, while upholding health, safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ senior F&B management experience in multi-site venues.
• Proven ability to lead large operational teams and diverse outlets.
• Strong leadership and staff development capability.
• Passion for food, hospitality and guest satisfaction within brand guidelines.
• Experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholders.

An inspirational and commercially driven General Manager to lead the delivery of an exceptional food and beverage offering and outstanding guest experience. You will work closely with the client to deliver their vision, drive innovation and continuously improve service standards, while leading, developing and retaining a large, high-performing team. With full commercial accountability, you will oversee budgets, forecasts and operating costs, identifying opportunities to drive revenue, increase spend per transaction and ensure operational excellence.

General Manager - The Role

• Develop and deliver strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with the client, Operations Director and key Levy stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, identifying opportunities for innovation, improvement and business growth.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards and consistent guest experiences across all departments.
• Drive a strong guest-focused hospitality culture, using client and customer feedback to continually improve the offering.
• Lead the delivery of operational projects, including capital investment, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, brand compliance, operational readiness and effective supplier relationships.
• Lead, recruit, develop and retain a high-performing fixed and variable workforce, ensuring effective staffing plans for all events.
• Drive team engagement, performance management, succession planning, training and development across all departments.
• Take full financial accountability for venue performance, including budgets, forecasts, P&L, operating costs and profitability.
• Analyse business performance and identify commercial opportunities through product development, increased spend per transaction and improved cost management.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ senior F&B management experience within a multi-site operation, ideally in a stadium, arena or entertainment environment.
• Proven ability to lead large operational teams and manage a diverse portfolio of outlets and business functions.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing, motivating and retaining high-performing teams.
• Passionate about food, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences within brand guidelines.
• Experience managing client relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and communicating effectively at all levels.
• Proven experience delivering projects, leading change and driving continuous operational improvement.
• Strong commercial awareness, including previous P&L accountability, financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, adaptable and resilient, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends and remain calm under pressure.
