Job summary

PizzaExpress is seeking a commercial leader to run a Pizzeria in Ascot. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining quality and safety, and building a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role requiring entrepreneurial flair and strong leadership across operations and customer service.

You’ll recruit, train and manage staff, deliver KPIs, and foster local community links while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and a positive workplace culture.

• Previous management experience in a customer facing sector, ideally hospitality.
