Job summary

PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited is seeking a commercially minded Pizzeria Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will shape the local business, build a high-performing team, and uphold the brand’s standards of quality and safety.

With previous hospitality management experience, you’ll oversee recruitment, training, and performance while inspiring your team to exceed KPIs and guest expectations.

• Proven management experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and P&L management.
