Job Description:

QLM Search is partnering with a highly acquisitive food group that requires a Site Director / General Manager to lead a high-profile operation.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage the leadership team of a major manufacturing site, take responsibility for setting strategic objectives, and drive performance to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the business with full responsibility for P&L, capex, and all functions on site to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectations.
2. Drive the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology, innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies.
3. Collaborate with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans.
4. Implement and develop a continuous improvement mindset, accountability, and communication across the site with a clear focus on delivering core activities.
