Job Description:

QLM Search is partnering with a highly acquisitive food group that requires a Site Director / General Manager to lead a high-profile operation.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage the leadership team of a major manufacturing site, taking responsibility for setting strategic objectives and driving performance to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the business with full responsibility for P&L, capex, and all functions on site to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectations;
• Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology, and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies;
• Working collaboratively with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans;
• Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability, and communication across the site with a clear focus on delivering core activities.
