QLM Search is partnering with a highly acquisitive food group that requires a Site Director / General Manager to lead high-profile operations.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage the leadership team of a major manufacturing site, set strategic objectives, and drive performance to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the business, with full responsibility for P&L, capex, and all functions on site to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectations;
• Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology, and innovation, and implementing Lean methodologies;
• Collaborating with customers and the commercial team to manage and develop current and future business plans;
• Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability, and communication across the site with a focus on delivering core activities.
