Marston's is seeking a Designate General Manager to oversee pubs in the North East, from Ashington to Whitby, with travel as required. The role offers up to £40,000 salary plus bonus and a generous benefits package designed to reward guest excellence and sales growth.

We're looking for a Designate General Manager for our pubs in and around the North East area. Salary up to 40K plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible General Manager to gain insight into Marston's. This role will require flexible working and will involve travel around our pubs in the North East area from Ashington to Whitby and anywhere in between area as required. We are looking for an experienced operator with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a track record of driving sales and reputation.
