Job summary

COREcruitment are seeking a General Manager for a premier bar/venue in Manchester. You will lead operations, drive service standards, health & safety, and hospitality excellence in a high-volume setting.

We expect at least 3 years of GM level experience in bar/pub and food sectors, with a proven ability to grow sales through local campaigns and team leadership. This role offers a strong bonus and the chance to shape a flagship new site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience within the bar/pub and food sector at General Manager level.
• Experience driving sales activity through local campaigns and lead generation would be hugely beneficial.
• Passionate about the food and drinks sector; you lead from the front and engage with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Set standards, service delivery, and health and safety across the site.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage the team to grow capability and performance.
• Grow sales and revenue; devise and deliver local marketing campaigns to support the group strategy.
• Lead from the front and drive excellent guest experience in a busy, year‑round venue.
