Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or naval ship repair experience.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in naval ship repair.
• Minimum 10 years in project/program management position for naval ship repair and modernization.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals and produce narratives and estimates.
• Must obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mid-Atlantic ship repair division and drive strategic execution.
• Oversee P&L, business development, and proposal support for the division.
• Ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
