Job summary

TipTopJob in Central London is seeking a General Manager to own the day-to-day operation of a premier Mediterranean restaurant with brilliant wines and an intimate space.

You will lead on-floor service, work closely with owners and kitchen, and create the guest experience that keeps guests returning. Autonomy to shape the team, menu coordination, and commercial success are key.

This is a gorgeous little restaurant : Mediterranean cooking, brilliant wines and a beautifully designed, intimate space in Central London.

Were looking for a General Manager who genuinely enjoys running a restaurant. Youll have real ownership of the day:to:day operation, working closely with the owners and kitchen team to make sure the food, service and overall guest experience all come together.

Its a role with loads of autonomy, so you need to be self:sufficient, commercially switched on and comfortable making decisions. Just as importantly, youll be visible on the floor, leading the team and creating the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Were Looking For
