As a proven operations leader, this is an excellent opportunity to join a vertically integrated Aerospace manufacturer that designs, machines, builds, tests, and distributes high-performance mechanical devices globally. As the site General Manager, you will lead 160 professionals, engaging effectively across all management levels and promoting the site’s vision.

Main responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams to improve delivery performance, maintain quality standards, and drive profitable growth through enhanced efficiency, capacity, and capability.

What we are looking for:

• An engaging leader with excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Proven operational leadership experience.
• Background in well-regulated, mid to low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing teams of 100+ professionals and engaging with board-level stakeholders.
• Experience within vertically integrated operations.
• Degree in Engineering or Business, preferably with an MBA or advanced management qualification.
• Experience in the Aerospace industry is desirable but not essential.
