My client has retained me to project manage there recruitment for a new renovated site in Lymington. The company has an ethos of structure so it will probable suit someone with an understanding of fresh food but with a strong format to the menu and kitchen management. You may have ventured at times into a route of the independent gastro pub and then desired to return to more structure.

This will enhance your application as the personality to manage a table service operation with charisma and a lead from the front style will certainly help you in the day to day role. This is the higher end of brands so certainly not a pile it high operation, you will focus on service, attention to detail, great training and development of staff, you will become the face of the business, people will know you locally and want to like you.
