Town House is seeking a General Manager who will lead operations across a district of sites, including a 14-room hotel, and support the hotel as part of the business. You’ll build a team, grow guest experiences and smash targets while aligning with the Innkeepers Collection.

The role offers on-site accommodation (3 bedrooms) and a comprehensive benefits package as part of Mitchells & Butlers, including bonuses and employee discounts.

Atthe Town Housewe recognise a good General Manager is key to our success. You’ll build a business to be proud of, help to grow your team and smash targets. You’ll be part of a district of sites that are all working towards making moments that matter, and delivering experiences that keeps our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 14 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
