Job summary

Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a General Manager to lead a 3-venue district within a hotel-focused site. You will recruit, develop and manage teams, drive guest experiences and hit commercial targets across food, drink and service.

You’ll be responsible for operational excellence, staff development, and delivering memorable moments that keep guests returning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Proven ability to drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Comfort with multi-site oversight and hotel support responsibilities.

This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 14 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
