Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, through the Town House and Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery brands, is seeking a General Manager to build a successful operation across a district of sites, including an Innkeepers Collection hotel with 14 rooms. You’ll lead a team, drive targets and deliver memorable guest experiences, while supporting the hotel as part of the business.

The role includes an optional on-site accommodation of three bedrooms and a competitive package with bonus, staff discounts across brands,

Job description

At the Town House we recognise a good General Manager is key to our success. You’ll build a business to be proud of, help to grow your team and smash targets. You’ll be part of a district of sites that are all working towards making moments that matter, and delivering experiences that keeps our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 14 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
