Harvester - Mandeville Arms in Greater London is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, grow the team and drive sales while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You’ll manage service standards, develop the team, and work with Mitchells & Butlers to offer great value, support with accommodation options, and enjoy strong rewards including bonus schemes and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality venue or pub/restaurant.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and driving sales.
