Job summary

The White Lion is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a busy Ember Inns site, part of the Mitchells & Butlers group. You’ll build a strong team, develop local partnerships and drive guest experiences that keep customers coming back.

You’ll own operations, food and drink quality, standards and targets, with optional onsite accommodation. Join a supportive team, recruit and train colleagues, manage budgets and celebrate success with an award-winning guest experience.
