Are you a General Manager from a complex industrial / manufacturing environment, looking for full site ownership and the authority to drive standards across safety, quality, delivery and P&L?

This is a permanent, site-based General Manager position within a well-established technical manufacturing organisation, offering a senior leadership remit with clear accountability and a strong package.

You'll be joining a business where operational excellence, customer service and measurable improvement matter, with a strong emphasis on Lean / Six Sigma delivery and disciplined performance management. This is a role for someone who wants to make decisions, set direction and be judged on results.

You will lead day-to-day plant operations, driving world-class H&S standards, developing the plant leadership team, executing continuous improvement, controlling budgets and overheads, and delivering performance across safety, quality, on time delivery, cost, customer service and growth.

This role suits a leader motivated by success and responsibility: someone who wants autonomy, ownership of outcomes and the opportunity to drive performance and growth through their plant.

The Role:

• Site-based General Manager role leading an industrial plant with full safety, quality, delivery and P&L accountability

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a related technical field or transferable work experience to compensate
• Senior industrial plant leadership background including people leadership and labour performance management
• Technical operations management experience plus proven Lean / Six Sigma project success
